Sunday Night!
We have been praying for this week the entire year & are finally here in New Orleans. What an incredible blessing it was to arrive at Camp Hope, our home for the week. Before we began our week with an orientation meeting, we were able to unload our luggage into our room. Please continue to pray for us as we begin our first full day here in New Orleans bright and early tomorrow morning!

We finally made it and our so excited to begin serving the people here for God's glory not our own. He must become greater. We must become less!

We woke up this morning to the pitter patter of rain on our tents. Thankfully, the rain quickly stopped and we were all able to commit together to make the best of the day no matter what circumstances we were presented with. Circumstances in life will not always go our way. We will all have hard times. Its our choice how we will respond. God can work through tough circumstances and do some pretty cool things in our lives. Circumstances change. God never changes and is always there for us!
After packing up the tents and luggage, we enjoyed breakfast together at the campsite. Breakfast was followed by some individual time with God. Students and leaders were challenged to search their own hearts in preparation for our arrival in New Orleans. We want this time to be about Jesus Christ and His work in our lives! Afterwards, we loaded up the vans and continued our trek to New Orleans! Please keep praying for safely and that our Great God would continue to do great things among us and especially in us! Thanks for praying!
